Welcome to our 52'x38' versatile rehearsal space nestled between our music production studios! With its industrial charm and high ceilings, our venue offers a unique backdrop for a variety of events.
From corporate functions to live music performances, our space can be equipped with state-of-the-art sound systems, ensuring a seamless experience. Our dedicated team works closely with you to bring your vision to life, offering customizable layouts and expert event coordination.
Conveniently located with ample parking, our venue provides the perfect blend of accessibility and exclusivity for your next event. The event space is 2,120 square feet.
Event Space
In combination with our Rehearsal Space, extend your event to our hand curated outdoor area. Plenty of room for vendor tents, merch stands, art exhibits and good times!
Dance Studio
Our Dance Studio sits at 30'8" x 30'8" comfortably fitting 20 people. The space is fitted with full-spring flooring for added support and bounce, plus large-scale moveable mirrors and speakers.
